When will we realise that if we don’t invest in the workforce beyond triage and FCP ....there will be no one left with anything more than very basic rehabilitation skills ...⛔️Patients will be seen fast and then wait months to see a physio only to be d/c with a sheet of exercises

Just idly looking back at 22nd Dec last year - I remember now, the staff had started collecting again for a local food bank. While working with critically ill patients in the third wave of COVID19, back in the closed theatre recovery area. They were not good times.
