I am disproportionately excited by these waterproof headphones I can use while swimming. I never swam much until recently and as I prepare for a hip replacement next spring, I believe swimming regularly is the best prep I can do. And now I can listen to writing podcasts too 🏊🏼‍♂️

In #BrainTumourAwareness week, I wanted to send huge thanks to the wonderful medical staff who have cared for me. Dr Paul Mulholland is a UK expert in new trials - thank you to him and all researchers, advocates and charities. My heart goes to all affected by this disease. ❤️
