New accepted paper by @kbecker99 from @UTKCEHHS šŗš² with Marco Avalos, who found that a holistic focus of attention when performing an isokinetic elbow flexion task šŖled to improvements in torque production and EMG activity compared to an internal and external focus of attention

Good study, but to me the most interesting part is that 58% of instructions and feedback didnāt fit into the traditional internal and external focus boxes. Seems like a missed opportunity not to dig into those statements and try to understand other strategies being used.
