The centrist compromise position on trans issues:
> no transition treatments under 18, including puberty blockers, hormones, surgeries, or gender-affirming talk therapy
> no legal concept of gender identity. No changing sex markers on documents. You can change your name like anyone else if you want
> adults can purchase the body modifications they choose with their own money, given that they are adequately informed of the risks, and that there is no high-quality evidence it will improve their quality of life or mental health
> no one is expected or compelled, legally or socially, to pretend you are the opposite sex. You may request this, and they may choose whether they wish to do so or not
