1. App name: 30 characters
- Include the brand and strongest relevant keyword.
- Keep it natural and distinctive.
- Formula: [Brand]: [Primary Benefit]
2. Subtitle: 30 characters
- Explain the main benefit or audience.
- Target secondary keywords.
- Avoid repeating words already in the title.
3. Keyword field: 100 characters
- Separate terms with commas and no spaces.
- Use relevant, specific search terms.
- Avoid duplicate words, unnecessary plurals, app, category names, and
special characters.
- Do not use competitor names or unauthorized trademarks.
Format:

4. Description: up to 4,000 characters
- Optimize for conversion, not keyword ranking.
- Lead with the strongest benefit.
- Follow with key features, how it works, proof, and a download CTA.
- Donβt include inaccurate prices or unsupported claims.
5. Promotional text: 170 characters
- Use for new features, offers, events, or announcements.
- It can be changed without submitting a new version.
- It does not affect keyword rankings.
6. Metadata must match the product
- Every feature and claim must exist in the app.
- Clearly disclose subscriptions or paid content.
- Keep screenshots, previews, description, and βWhatβs Newβ accurate.
