I did my training 21/22 and got a scholarship if £26k. Literally only 2 years before these numbers
My wage is lower and workload is higher. It has made me lose all motivation to me a teacher

Instead of giving these sums of money to ppl to train to teach, how about give it to ppl already in classrooms for 5/10/15/20 years who are battling away with proven success to date?
