I’ve been in the magnesium game for a long, long time. This product is beyond anything I’ve ever tried before. 2009-14: I’d spend entire weekends obsessively researching supplements and used magnesium supplements, often “ZMA” to sleep and help recover from swim training. 2016: launched a first magnesium based product called “hormone balance” under my first brand, Motion Nutrition. 2018: launched Unplug, a first in class night time “nootropic” using 100mg of magnesium citrate per serving. We spent a long time and a lot of money researching this product and it eventually became a best seller in Wholefoods, planet organic and Holland & Barrett, after winning multiple (unpaid!) awards including from Men’s Health. 2024: launched Drink Oshun and discovered the potential of ionic magnesium. 2025: after almost a year of experimenting with this product, @knowjack_ and I are beyond convinced. This is Magnesium 2.0 with incredible absorption: your body sucks it all in and just feels so good for it. Next week: let’s get this into as many hands as possible. Who wants to become a morning person?
