We just added Larastan to all the Laravel Starter Kits. Now they ship with Larastan, in Level 7, out of the box. More robust and safer applications by default, for this AI era we live in. Your Larastan-powered starter kit is just a laravel new away from you! πŸ”₯πŸš€πŸ«Ά

Just realised I can schedule a command to run between 2 arbitrary times of the day. Exactly what I was looking for. Laravel really pushes cron beyond its limits.

Did you know? Laravel's `$request->date()` method automatically parses date strings from request input into Carbon instances. You can specify format and timezone, making date handling in controllers much cleaner than manual parsing.

There is an issue with @laravelforge β€” login is not working, and credentials (email and password) are being sent via GET (visible in the URL). Please fix this urgently. @jbrooksuk

In testing, I used "first" often, expecting one DB record only. When unexpected data arrives, test failure becomes tricky to debug. A superior choice: use "sole" which fails without one exclusive record, simplifying fixing tests massively. Kudos @sebdedeyne for reminding me!😘

πŸ’… The UI of Flare 2.0 was rebuilt from the ground up. When looking at our error page, you should feel at home immediately, as we use the same layout as Ignition, the standard error page for Laravel (which we also built). All other screens got revamped as well!
