It is a great wonder we still wander in this world, desire to enjoy material things, remain still in ignorance and not rejoice over and over at the fact that we can worship the Supreme Lord, Hari - whose nature is pure existence, knowledge and bliss, who is the Master of all, surrendering to whom one no longer goes through birth and death. Despite the fact that that same Lord has appeared Yuga after Yuga on this earth, has Himself spoken many scriptures, and on top of that He keeps sending us countless sages who convey to us the Highest Truth and kindly guide us!

Christianity: “Love thy neighbor.” Also Christianity: “America is a Christian nation. Get rid of these foreigners and pagans!”
A Native American family in Utah says a police officer showed up at their home with a woman who was legally prohibited from being on the property due to active protective orders. When they presented the paperwork — he allegedly crumpled it. Then entered anyway. No warrant. No permission.

"We won't kill hindus but we will destroy the idols in their temples": a Christian lady from Andhra Pradesh. Even a crippled & a malnourished lady has guts to taunt Hindus today. Why? Because we Hindus have become too tolerant & too afraid to stand up for our own dignity.

Very stupid and misleading claim from @_amitbehere . Gītā 5.18 describes how the learned see all with an equal eye, while 5.25 says that they work for the welfare of all living beings. Only those who have the Vaidik understanding of the self can naturally possess empathy.

Welcome to Jeopardy! Today's topic is "History of Late Medieval Konkan and Portuguese India." Question 1: Members of which Catholic order destroyed 300 Hindu temples in Bardez in a single year (as per Arquivo Histórico Ultramarino)? (a) Franciscans (b) Jesuits (c) Dominicans Question 2: Members of which Catholic order set ablaze the entire village of Assolná along with all its twenty temples (pagodes) before marching onto Cuncolim, burning it down as well, slaughtering a cow, and profaning the tank of the Śāntādurgā temple by sprinkling it with blood from the viscera of a cow? (a) Franciscans (b) Jesuits (c) Dominicans Question 3: Which Catholic order comprised the majority of inquisitors in the ecclesiastical tribunal at Goa and had acquired a reputation for forcibly abducting non-Christian (especially Hindu) "orphans" at Diu from the arms of their relatives and raising them as baptized Christian believers (any child whose father died was legally deemed an orphan by the Portuguese, even if his/her mother was still alive)? (a) Franciscans (b) Jesuits (c) Dominicans Question 4: On which date did the Portuguese forbid the use of Konkani in conducting contacts and order that the local population switch to Portuguese within three years? (a) 12 January 1582 (b) 27 June 1684 (c) 8 September 1614 Question 5: Goan Hindu communities (Goud Saraswats, Daivadnyas, Kharvis, Bhandaris, Chitrapur Saraswats, etc.) fled to which of the following regions due to persecution by the Portuguese authorities? (a) North Canara (Karwar, Ankola, Kumta) (b) South Canara (Udupi, Mangalore) (c) Kolhapur (d) Sawantwadi (e) Pune (f) Ratnagiri (g) All of the above
Hindu nationalists are doing in a traditionally Christian province of India what Hindu nationalists in the Indian diaspora are doing in the traditionally Christian countries of North America, Europe, and Australia: erecting sky-scraping idols of their gods to establish dominance.

On the night of May 20, 2025, a little girl in a faded pink frock fell asleep on her mother’s lap at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. Her parents, simple people from Solapur, had come to Mumbai for her father’s treatment. They were exhausted. Just for a moment, the mother closed her eyes. When she opened them, her daughter was gone. Six months. Six months of walking from police station to police station. Six months of showing the same crumpled photograph to strangers on trains, in slums, in orphanages. Six months of the father not sleeping, the mother not eating, both of them growing hollow-eyed, whispering the same name into the dark: “Aarohi… Aarohi…” In Varanasi, a thousand kilometres away, a tiny girl with no memory of her real name was learning to call herself “Kashi.” She had been found crying near the railway tracks in June, barefoot and terrified. The orphanage gave her food, a bed, and a new name. She smiled easily, because children always do, but sometimes at night she clutched the edge of her blanket and asked for “Aai” — Marathi for mother — and no one understood. Back in Mumbai, the police refused to close the file. They printed posters with Aarohi’s face, stuck them on every platform from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Bhusawal to Varanasi Cantt. They ran newspaper ads, knocked on doors, begged journalists for help. Six months is a long time for hope to stay alive, but some officers carried her photograph in their shirt pockets like it was their own child. Then, on November 13, a local reporter in Varanasi saw the poster. Something clicked. He had seen a girl who spoke Marathi words in her sleep. He made a phone call. The next morning, a Mumbai Police inspector sat in front of a laptop in Varanasi and opened a video call. On the screen appeared a little girl in a pink frock — the same colour she was wearing the day she vanished. The mother, standing behind the officer in Mumbai, saw her daughter and collapsed without a sound. The father just kept repeating, “That’s my Aarohi… that’s my baby…” They flew her back on Children’s Day — November 14. When the plane landed, the entire Mumbai Crime Branch was waiting. They had bought her balloons and a new frock, sky blue this time. But the moment the little girl stepped out and saw the sea of khaki uniforms, she did something no one expected. She ran. Not away — toward them. Tiny legs pumping, arms outstretched, she threw herself at the nearest officer and laughed — the purest, clearest laugh that had been missing from the world for half a year. The officer, a tough man who had seen everything, felt his eyes burn. He lifted her high, and she wrapped her arms around his neck like he was family. Her parents were crying too hard to walk. So the policemen carried their daughter to them. The mother touched her face again and again, as if checking she was real. The father fell to his knees and pressed his forehead to his child’s tiny feet, sobbing words no one could understand except God. And the little girl? She just kept smiling, looking from her parents to the officers and back again, completely unaware that she had turned an entire police station into a sobbing, laughing, praying family. Six months of darkness ended in one hug. Aarohi is home now. The kidnapper is still out there, but that is tomorrow’s fight. Today, a mother is singing lullabies again. Today, a father is smiling in his sleep. And somewhere in Mumbai, there are policemen who will never forget the weight of a four-year-old girl in their arms — the weight of an entire life returned. Sometimes the uniform doesn’t just catch thieves. Sometimes it carries lost children all the way back to their mothers’ hearts.

Was Śrī Rāmānujācārya a great social reformer? No. This false image of Śrī Rāmānujācārya is quite recent and politically loaded. No actual Ācārya ever named him a reformer at any time. First of all, he didn't reform anything. He only represented the viewpoint of his own Ācāryas without any alteration, so he can't be called a reformer. Śrī Rāmānuja is a perfect adherent of the Vaidika tradition. To call him a reformer also diminishes Emperumānār's glories. His mission was to remove all the darkness of ignorance from us, and lead everyone to Paratattva (the Supreme Truth), Paramahita (the Supreme Path) and Parama Puruṣārtha (the Supreme Goal), not mere social work which is materialistic and fleeting in scope. He had perfect knowledge that this saṃsāra is merely fleeting and temporary, so he wasn't so unwise as to seek worldly alleviation of temporary miseries as social reformers do - rather he came to show everyone that Śrī Viṣṇu is the Supreme Truth, that we exist only for His enjoyment and that His lotus feet are both the means and the goal. He came to purify us, uplift us from worldly bondage, and make us perfectly situated in our true nature (svarupam) which is Bhāgavata-śeṣatvam (existing solely for the sake of Bhagavān and His servitors), thus freeing us from worldly miseries and making us situated in perfect peace (śānti). So let us stop seeing Emperumānār, whose glories exceed even Bhagavān, as a mere social reformer and get to know his true greatness as the Jagadācārya whose compassion is unlimited.

Christians explaining why Christianity does NOT endorse freedom of religion. And yet we have brainwashed Indian converts trying to tell us otherwise. Christianity: a religion so sensible it needs the government to force you to follow it!
Judging from the trailer, this movie could set Christianity back well over 2,000 years.

There is no Beef in Madhuparka. Grok is telling blatant lies. Apastamba Dharma sutra( 2.4.8-9)says Madhuparka is made by- "Mixing curd with honey or milk with honey, if both not possible then water with honey" Ashvalan Grihya sutra (1.24.5/6) says Curd and honey is mixed to make Madhuparka, if not available then Ghee and curd can be used Same with paraskar Grihya sutra and Varah Grihya sutra etc. Meat is not mentioned anywhere here as ingredient while preparing Madhuparka. Anyone who believes Grok on topic of Vedic history is really ignorant.

Yes, Swami Vivekananda stated in speeches and writings that ancient Brahmins ate beef, citing Vedic rituals like the Madhuparka offering where beef was served to guests, as referenced in texts such as the Apastamba Dharma Sutra. Archaeological evidence from Indus Valley sites confirms beef and pork consumption; lipid residue analysis on pottery fragments reveals widespread processing of cattle, sheep, goat, and pig fats, with beef prominent in diets around 2600–1900 BCE.

I don’t speak without evidence. The so-called “Hindu cow-meat-eating culture” in Kerala appears only around 1788, when Tipu Sultan enforced circumcision and beef-consumption as proof of coerced conversion to Islam. Look at Image 1; a direct extract from Asiatic Researches, Vol. 5, p. 33. It explicitly records forced beef eating. This is a primary source. Go ahead, laugh louder while celebrating the humiliation of your own ancestors. Now check Image 2. Tipu’s letter to Budruz Zuman Khan, dated 13 February 1790, where he congratulates him for forcibly circumcising 135 Nairs. Source: Selected Letters of Tipoo Sultan, ed. Kirkpatrick. And I can keep producing primary sources, if you want more.

I swear the current GOP has turned “immigrant” into a slur. They talk about Mexican families like they’re subhuman because they crossed a border out of desperation. Yes, it’s a crime, but they crossed to mow your lawn, fix your roof after a storm, lay your asphalt at 5 AM, and pick the strawberries you eat without thinking twice. And the way they treat legal immigrants? Even worse. Like dogs. I’ve seen it firsthand all week, dudes telling me I’m a “bioweapon,” a “Zionist plant,” an “Indian pretending to be white,” terrified of a cashier LCA they can’t even read properly. These people leave their families for years, come here, grind their asses off, and keep your entire comfortable life running. You wake up, flip your light switch, open your laptop, stream your shows, sip your wine at night, an immigrant touched every part of that chain. The sheer audacity it takes to feel superior while knowing nothing, doing nothing, and contributing nothing is unbelievable. Real Americans built this country, and immigrants were part of that at every step. Somehow that gets lost in the crying and whining online.
