I’ve had to hang up my car keys the last few days. @SouthernVectis rejoice! Except I’ve never been more convinced that buses are noisy, uncomfortable, inconvenient & somehow, even with the massive discount price of £2… expensive. Can’t wait to thank the driver and get off.

It’s great that when a company like @wightlinkferry cancels a sailing it’s like “you can wait, deal with it”, but heavens forbid you need to cancel a trip, their message is, “cool, thanks for letting us know, we’re keeping your money. K thnx bye!”

Following up @wightlinkferry @WightlinkTravel after speaking to customer service. I tried hard to point out this was not “their” issue. They’re sympathetic to your captive audience. Your policies and business practices are abhorrent. I’d love to complain, but is there a point?
There are few things worse than getting home with your @McDonaldsUK order to find your Burger absent. SMH #AlwaysCheckTheBag 🥲

I can't believe that in this day and age that @Tesco is selling water in a bottle that you can't refill; The cap is not easily removed/replaced. These are recyclable, but that doesn't help with "reduce, reuse" culture the green folk are trying to encourage #reduceplasticpollution
