Hello @tehseenp , don't you think things would have been better had RBI released the actual quantity of gold (with it) as on May 22? It released the actual gold quantity till April 24. (~880 tonnes) But the Bloomberg report mentioned May 22 as date of sale. According to the data released by RBI, the 'value' of gold on May 22, has been decreased by ~₹46,000 crore, as compared to earlier period, but it didn't tell the exact quantity it hold. Now only option before us is to guess, whether the value decreased due to drop in gold prices, or gold was actually sold. I trust RBI, but at the same time a little bit of transparency is required to maintain the broader trust level of public.

Also, what is this new culture of branding every dissenting voice as a Congress supporter? People backing Vedanta are not necessarily Congress sympathizers. Please accept the fact that Mr Dani does not represent any ideology or tradition. He is simply a hardworking industrialist, like many others. But that does not give his sympathizers (within the system) the right to intimidate or harass other industrialists.
