We are looking for volunteers to take part in a short interview. We would love to talk to you if you are: Living with kidney disease (any stage) or kidney transplant A renal healthcare professional A social prescriber or link worker Working in a community-based organisation who provide socially prescribed activities Over 18 years old Living in the UK You do not need to have prior experience of social prescribing to take part in the interview. This research is part of a PhD project taking place at the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Queen’s University Belfast.
