today we did one boring thing that is actually huge
we made returning to neurigo not feel like software.
before, you could finish memory check, disappear for a bit, come back later with the same url from browser history and app was asking you for memory check again.
now the warm-up email recognizes where you are in the journey and sends you to the right next step.
paid user? login link.
old result but no plan? choose plan.
started but not finished? continue.
already premium and logged in? no, you do not need to take the check again.
then we killed the classic password screen for returning users.
magic link first. google oauth second. nothing else.
no “forgot password” little hell.
no account confusion.
sounds like tiny plumbing.but this is the whole product philosophy
the app should remember the user,
not force the user to remember the app.
last week we mostly stopped building “an app” and started building a distribution machine.
we pushed the memory check funnel to sell directly to end users (older adults)
then we started feeding it traffic.
first fb pages, first reels, first test ads, first manychat comment automation, first satellite page
in background we started first creator/influencer research pipeline.
big picture: neurigo now has a real funnel, real tracking, real followup, and the first ugly little growth loops around it.
still tiny. still messy. but no longer just code in a repo.
now it is a machine that can receive humans from the internet and try to convert them.
