Not much to "compare plans" with here:

Bundling and unbundling is back on the menu again, I am told.

The USA has a better chance to win the World Cup than the Knicks had to win that game last night, so I’m feeling pretty good about that. Probably just need a little help from a friend:

“As Gabe Pereyra says, real automation isn't only the model getting better. It's the product, the model, the workflow, and the firm moving together, and three of those four move at the speed of an organization.” Great stuff from Sarah.

Some really weird stuff coming back from Claude Fable

A lot of human progress is defined by big jumps in our understanding of how the universe works, made by a lot of people in a very short period of time. Would be terrible if this ended up setting a ceiling on that.
There will be an extreme irony if these models really are bound by human generated training data. RL doesn't generalize and is only useful in a handful of areas. And we all loose our skills to something that'll forever be a B player.

I sure seems like a lot of the biggest “agents everywhere” cheerleaders from a few months ago are really pushing back on things now.

Sounds like we’re starting a GoFundMe
I'd get Microsoft tattooed on me for the right price.

I found the Luce as off-putting as anyone, but I have to assume that they showed it to a good number of the 100 people in the world that they'll actually let buy one before they showed it to us and bunch of them actually wanted it.
Ferrari Luce failed because its designers misread the zeitgeist. Ferrari customers don't want faux techno futurism, they want nostalgia, craftsmanship, traditional codes of luxury and work of human hands. 1/2

Respect.
If it all goes to shit you just have a tattoo of a Corgi. It’s not like getting the word “Microsoft”tattooed on you or something.

I was at an event with no tech people last week and this (and bad Google summaries) is what every single person mentioned when I asked them about AI. We're still doing a terrible job of selling any of the benefits of AI to the world, while the downside is clearly evident.
He spammed posts with AI replies that’s what he did. I just blocked this account for lazy AI replies. Feels like it’s everywhere and it’s turning social media so much more noisy (and replies boring / templated.) I block whenever I suspect AI which is often. cc @nikitabier

As someone that spent hundreds of thousands of dollars (millions?) on Hadoop MapReduce jobs back in the day, this diagram looks very, very familiar.

Excited to share our most powerful new Claude Code feature: dynamic workflows! Mention "workflow" in a prompt and Claude will dynamically create an orchestration plan that it strictly follows, allowing you to confidently trust that every stage happens in the right order even across 100s of agents.

Does anyone else finding it jarring to scroll through the responses to a post here and to inevitably hit the AI written one? It’s like I have a background thread running in my brain all of the time now that activates when I see it.

Every AI tooling sales call now ends at the same question: "can this tool tell me what it'll cost, in dollars, to build this?" Honestly, no. Variance is too high. Even the frontier models can't price their own work.
