NO thanks to @AmericanAir at the @AlbanyAirport. No responsibility and turning it back on the airport! I talked with 2 administrators at the airport. No character - just the shuffle for the elderly at @AmericanAir Yuk! Customer service did the dance.

Thanks to Kelly @AmericanAir @AlbanyAirport I was able to meet my mom at the gate. That was not the case with her fellow colleague! Tell me it is about security..for the last 8yrs always able to meet my mom at the gate. As a flier of @AmericanAir ..not good!
