Simon Jordan is right. England should sing ‘Land of Hope and Glory’ or ‘Jerusalem’ rather than ‘God Save the King’ as their national anthem at the World Cup - as this celebrates their identity rather than celebrating a King.

If this is true how can this be? If either of the Digwas had called an ambulance instead of police 999 as soon as he'd been stabbed, Nowak may have had a chance in hospital. Surely the brother, as well as the father, are accomplices in some way?
