.@JetBlue cancelled our flight with no reason, auto rebooked us to a flight in New Jersey we weren’t going to be able to make, had to call to rebook and then put us on a flight to SF where we slept in the airport and finally made it back home to LA.

Total travel time was 18 hours and they emailed us each a $50 credit…I’m not one to complain normally but what a disappointing solution to an all around incompetent experience with the airline. Was a loyal jetblue member but will definitely reconsider in the future.
