very stoked to be joined by the chads at @zerodev_app to help us scale Ethereum our contributions to Ethereum now include innovation & R&D in app layer UX, alongside years of non-stop shipping in the L2 space (@arbitrum) & on L1 (@prylabs) the ticker will always be $ETH

We've acquired @zerodev_app! One of the most talented teams in crypto building next-gen smart accounts. This reinforces our commitment to solving the hardest onchain problems and building a unified development platform for all teams, regardless of their mandate. 🧵

the programmable economy is thriving on @arbitrum
$CHIP and @USDai_Official has truly been a master class in execution. 1. Designed a top of class points program 2. Originated an insane pipeline of loans 3. Secured 4.5% yield on their pyUSD backing 4. Listed $CHIP on every T1 Exchange 5. Continue to operate a real business

Fuck Lazarus Proud that the Arbitrum security council acted on behalf of the DAO to make the decision all voters would have supported if an onchain vote was feasible

Agree generally but one minor UX gripe I have: I don't enjoy the number of buttons & swipes I need to make to transfer money between accounts. What it should be (3 steps) 1. Enter amount 2. Pick two & from 3. Click "confirm" What it is (all distinct steps in the app) 1. Select the "destination" account 2. Select the "origin" account 3. Enter amount 4. Click continue 5. Do some weird swipe up action (rather than taps which all previous steps were) Also I want to *remove* bank accounts in my app but i cannot. Otherwise great Banking App! @RobinhoodApp!
$HOOD I just got access to robinhood banking… The UI is honestly incredible.

Arb One secures more value than all other Ethereum rollups *combined*, according to @l2beat Its no wonder why teams choose Arbitrum technology as the foundation for their on-chain strategy and expansion Programmable economies are built on @Arbitrum. l2beat.com/scaling/summary

improvements to the @arbitrum stack trickle down to unlock new experiences and benefits for end users, like those using @GainsNetwork_io programmable economies - only on Arbitrum
Remember ArbOS? Another unlock 👀 Thanks to @arbitrum’s upgrade, trading on gTrade for Arbitrum users just got meaningfully better. Minimum fees to execute trades are now ~50% cheaper ($0.3). Cheaper trades. More predictable gas. This is what scaling Ethereum looks like for fully on-chain perps.

Lower median gas prices with way more demand than Base on Jan 31/26 @arbitrum's scaling approach isn't just "cranking the gas target higher and higher" - it's about smarter gas pricing algorithms & we're shipping multidimensional gas for even more capacity next month 👀
Fees on the Arbitrum Platform have become more predictable during peak demand since the ArbOS Dia upgrade. For businesses operating onchain, predictable fees improve cost modeling and support reliable system design. Making programmable economies viable at scale.

Yesterday’s market crash showed which systems were built to stay reliable when demand spikes. @Arbitrum sustained higher throughput without fee shocks when it mattered most to users. That’s what the ArbOS Dia upgrade was built for: reliability under stress. High fees during volatility may earn more revenue, but predictable fees earn trust and retention with users and builders. Reliability is the growth engine people underestimate.

A huge part of our move to @arbitrum is stability. Stability is key in volatile moments for traders as every trade is vital, even more so in volatile times. Having stable infrastructure including predictable gas pricing through the latest upgrade validates our move.
Since the ArbOS Dia upgrade, Arbitrum One is handling demand spikes more gracefully with smoother, more predictable price changes that stay lower under the same load. ⚫ Simulated price before the upgrade 🔵 Actual gas price after upgrade (Jan 13)

throughout the ~4.5 years I’ve worked at @Offchain Labs, there’s always been some “looming doom” that CT points to as the inevitable “death of Arbitrum” 1st year it was competing with @0xPolygon who was spending 10s of millions to get big web2 partnerships, no way you’re competing with them! 2nd year it was that ZK tech that would kill the need for any optimistic rollup tech bc “vitalik said so”, your tech is gonna be obsolete! 3rd year it was @base launching, @optimism launching the superchain campaign, their vision, marketing, and GTM is killer - Arbitrum is done for! 4th year it was Arbitrum is just a bridge to @HyperliquidX, idk why they chose Arbitrum but who cares if it’s just a bridge, nothing else to do! every step of the way I wondered how is it that we can have so many people cheering us on (builders, ecosystem friends, etc) yet so many nay sayers praying on our down fall all whilst actively being the underdog if it wasn’t for the: 1) incredible leadership from the @arbitrum eco 2)actual DAO where token holders have power of the purse 3) creation of this platform that works incredibly well today/is pushing the boundaries on what’s possible onchain I don’t think we’d be where we’re at today: - making major partnerships with the biggest fintech companies in the world like @RobinhoodApp - sitting at #1 as the biggest neutral land of liquidity on @ethereum and top 5 amongst all blockchans - shipping truly novel tech like stylus, timeboost, BoLD, multi-gas targets, etc that being said if you still think @VitalikButerin’s post was a death sentence to @arbitrum we, the ecosystem, looks forward to proving you and everyone else wrong once again 💙
