If Trump knows Bank of Japan and Kevin Warsh are about to crash the stock market with rate decisions this week, I'd pump the market and sign a peace deal too 🤪 SpaceX IPO is done. Mission complete. Time to blame everyone else for the crisis.

“Psilocybin, the psychedelic component of magic mushrooms, has previously been touted as an effective treatment for depression, anxiety, addiction, and PTSD — but now researchers say it has the potential to be used in Alzheimer’s intervention as well. In this case study, published in Frontiers in Neuroscience, researchers focused on an 80-year-old Japanese American woman with Alzheimer’s. She had declined over the previous decade and was reduced to urinary incontinence, speaking in single syllables, and dependence on caregivers for mobility support and daily living. She was then given a 5g dose of magic mushrooms. During the initial phase, she was agitated, sweated profusely and entered a prolonged sleep state that suggested unconsciousness. But around hour 19, she began speaking in full autobiographical sentences, recalling life events she had been unable to articulate for years. In the days and weeks that followed, more incredible changes emerged. She regained urinary continence, even in the evenings, and began dressing herself. She was able to make and maintain eye contact, remember social interactions, emotionally respond to others, and hold lucid conversations.”

- Body dysmorphia. Ironically, the longer you go to the gym, the more you “hate” your body. Deep down, you know you are incredibly hot, but the body dysmorphia always wins. - Laundry. You basically start doing laundry almost everyday of your life. - It gets to a point you become mentally dependent on this gym. You skip 3 days in a row and it feels like you are about to run màd. - You begin to over analyze every meal. And you feel so guilty for having too much fun with food, even on your cheat days.

This is her vaginal microbiome report. 100/100 score. Top 1% of all vaginas. Her sample is dominated by the single most protective bacterial species a vagina can host (Lactobacillus crispatus). Only about 25-30% of reproductive age women globally are L. crispatus-dominant, and “dominant” usually means above 50%. Kate is at 98.7%. The lab found nothing bad to report. (no gardnerella, Candida, STIs, opportunistic pathogens, aerobic vaginitis markers, etc.) This is linked to lower risk of BV, UTIs, yeast infections, HPV persistence, HSV-2 and HIV acquisition, preterm birth, and improved IVF outcomes. A vaginal microbiome is downstream of everything: sleep, glucose control, stress, gut health, sexual health, immune function, what you eat, and what you put in it.
