US DOT saying it will investigate to see if Southwest has violated any rules. Based on what thousands of passengers have had to endure, and not just for several hours but several days, if no rules have been violated then the industry needs new rules.
BREAKING: @SouthwestAir says to passengers at Hobby Airport they are not rebooking tickets for canceled flights until after Dec. 31.
@houstonpolice increasing security presence in anticipation of this announcement to a line of hundreds, who have been waiting 5 hours to rebook.
The Sinema thing is very simple. Her calculus is that
1. She can't win a primary;
2. If she runs as an independent who caucuses with the Dems, another Democrat can't run bc they would split the vote and give the seat to the Republicans.
Today I announced my plan to hire Baltimore City’s first Director of Broadband and Digital Equity.
I’m proud that Baltimore will be a leader in championing digital equity, as one of the only cities In the country to have this position in a Mayor's office.

ALT Mayor Scott to Hire Baltimore’s First Digital Equity Director
“In today’s digital world, equitable access to resources, including broadband internet access and technology, are critical to the success of Baltimoreans in their daily lives. With many of our families not having the proper access to technology for remote working, virtual learning, and telehealth, we must continue to be laser-focused on the creation of resources that will help ensure that everyone has access to the 21st century technology they need to be successful.”

.@brikeilarcnn rolls the tape on GOP Sen. Ted Cruz’s attempt to “cleanse” himself of efforts to undermine election results after he "spoon-fed" Trump supporters the big lie.
“Cruz’s masterpiece theater, rewrite of history is just that: Theater.”
Apple and Google are right to pull the @parler_app from their stores.
But @Amazon@awscloud should really disable their hosting entirely and end this seditionist platform charade of a company. cc @JeffBezos

I don’t remember ever seeing people dancing in the streets after an election. We didn’t defeat a Republican, we toppled a dictator.
Yes there were celebrations in 2008. Do not mean to erase that. This has the feel of cathartic relief, here and around the entire world.
