7 days. 17 projects. 22 incredible humans. All in Singapore during @token2049 This one hit different. The kind of week that reminds you why you love what you do. None of it would’ve been possible without this team. People who live and breathe video. And if you’re a Web3 or AI project looking for a video crew that can plan, shoot, edit, and deliver something you’ll actually be proud of… you’re probably watching them right here. 🎥🔥

shipped another banger video from our ongoing series with @SuperteamAE for @Tangem. this time, we explored how to make self-custody feel less intimidating and more approachable through motion, design and storytelling. a good product video shouldn't just explain features. it should make the product feel intuitive before someone even tries it. that's the ethos we bring to consumer crypto.
Meet @Tangem! A card-shaped hardware wallet that lets you secure crypto with a tap, no seed phrase required. So far: - $60M in annual revenue - 2x year-over-year growth - 50% growth in monthly active users - Self-custodial Visa card Self-custody, simplified on @Solana

last week's turnaround: under 24 hours. this week's turnaround: under 12. one of our biggest focuses lately has been building editorial workflows that can move as fast as the news cycle without looking rushed. latest @solana Institutional Weekly with @SuperteamAE

if you're building, marketing, selling or growing tech companies in nyc, then we should definitely meet this week!

i am landing in nyc today after spending the last month in sf. i planned my NY Tech Week schedule and realised 1,400 events are happening across the city this week. way too many tabs later, i ended up building a simple, no-nonsense sheet for the entire week with the events, dinners, meetups and side events i think are actually worth paying attention to. it's a curated list for people working in marketing, events, GTM, content, or media. it'll keep updating throughout the week. if you’re heading to nytw and fit one of these roles, comment nyc and i’ll dm you the sheet.

a few days ago i dropped these stats for a launch video we made and shipped. a lot of people were curious which project this was for and how it reached 3M views. @luvaidarwajawal breaks it down in this article x.com/luvaidarwajawal/status…

just one of our many launch videos that we've helped make end to end @blockwee

i would add more to this. it's not just irl that is the moat. irl rooms executed at speed is the real moat. everyone that i've been speaking to in sf right now is saying the same thing. the best product won't win. the fastest shipped product will. and yeah, most people hear that and nod. very few actually live by it. the closest example of this that i have seen with my own eyes was in blr during the yc sus week. @0xratnakar pulled off WHYC (@whycshow) in 10 days. for anyone who doesn't know the backstory, a lot of people got rejected from yc sus and couldn't attend. he saw that window, named his event WHYC, and executed it before the moment passed. the timing was the whole point, and he understood that completely. i come from an event background. i know what goes into pulling something like this off, even with months of runway. venue, speakers, logistics, community mobilisation, everything. doing it in 10 days isn't about it being just flex, it also shows a different way of thinking entirely. you're not optimising for 'perfect', you're optimising for now. the events that leave a mark are rarely the ones with the biggest budgets or the longest lead times. they're the ones where someone decided the moment was worth chasing and figured out the rest on the way. tldr: a lot of people will want to replicate this. the ones who try will find out quickly that you can't reverse engineer the thinking builder energy that made it happen in the first place. that part isn't in the playbook.
I see a shift. Tech companies are opening third spaces like cafés to expand their community and potentially business. IRL experiences are going to stand out more especially now when everything is AI, robots, and interplanetary. IRL is the moat. Hard to create a cult without realllyyyy good coffee/matcha space for both - locking in and networking. This upcoming wave is gonna be epic!
