We've been paying nearly $1,000/month for the Gold Checkmark on
@letskree8 for a long time. Unfortunately, this month the renewal failed due to a card issue, which caused our Gold Checkmark to be removed.
I cleared the payment the very next day, but the money has already been charged and the Gold Checkmark still hasn't been restored. I've also tried reaching out through X support, but haven't received a response.
At this point, I just need help from a real person. Either restore the Gold Checkmark or help process a refund so we can reapply.
If anyone knows someone from the X team, please tag them below or help this post reach the right people. Any support would be greatly appreciated.
