I know that it might be hard for some people to process… these are not World Cup venues.
These are football stadiums that “maybe” host one soccer match every 5 years.
They will host one friendly match and then continue there summer slate of concerts and other events.
I promise your World Cup venues will have proper pitches, corner flags, and goals.
Seeing footage of both the Scotland and England games and it's mental that the stadiums for this World Cup in the US are using goal net setups that non-league teams in the UK have or academy/training grounds wheel out for their shooting drills.

Another school year winding down… A lot of green grass, some new plastic grass, and not too much dead grass. A lot of hours, events, and chaos but we keep pushing on.

Men's soccer planning to move its championship from December to March; will play a two-segment, two-semester season -- up to 18 matches from August through Thanksgiving weekend, then 10 more plus the tournament in February/March. Subject to cabinet review and approval.

Followed up the verticut with about 75 tons of sand and a roll with the 3 ton roller. First mow after 4 days of track and field today.

Slight break in the soccer action for a few weeks… time to tear it up. Pulled cores late last night post match. Verticut, swept, and foliar app today… top dress tomorrow.
