Bedtime began at 7:00. At 10:00 I finally had her asleep in her own bed. It’s 3:00. I’ve been with her since 1:00.

Through my pregnancy I ate a boatload of “cooked salads”- a giant pan of sautéed veggies usually with a fried egg. Made one today (not because I’m pregnant) and remembered how tasty they are.
