β Live user count before joining an event
β Event duration timer
β PWA β install on home screen
β Event auto-expires notifies everyone
β Toast when someone joins or leaves
β Session stays after refresh

Built it so you can locate your squad on a map at events without the "where are you?" texts. Just share a code and everyone shows up as live dots.
Stack: React, Typescript, Socket.io, Leaflet.
