Mad respect for folks who can do 6 day workout every week. It requires consistency and discipline at another level. I am trying my best to squeeze in 3 runs plus 3 strength sessions every week.

I wish there was a portal for suppliers as well who don't pay on time. Filter by industry and location. It would be super helpful to avoid the bad actors basis someone's else experience with payments.
Time for Ghostdoor, the evil cousin of Glassdoor, for employees exhibiting unethical behaviour 👹

I've been thinking a lot about the future of work in an AI-driven world. My thesis: People with exceptional interpersonal skills and high EQ will thrive. Professions built on trust, human connection, empathy, creativity, and hands-on expertise artists, fitness trainers, musicians, physiotherapists, mental health practitioners, chefs, and others like them, will become even more valuable. As more tasks get automated, truly human skills may command greater appreciation and respect than ever before.

Question is not would you pay a small premium, question is can you DISTRIBUTE like coca cola and sell it at Rs. 40 a can?
People LOVE their Diet Coke. Fair. But genuine question: Would you pay a small premium for a better cola that has: >No added sugar >Still tastes great >Delivered on quick commerce in 10 mins Or is Diet Coke just impossible to beat?

The ability to stay calm, not snap at people, and keep your composure when everything is on fire is one of the most underrated founder moats. It usually comes from years of getting punched in the face by reality and maybe a few meditation sessions every week.

The bar is so insanely low that if you work out 3x a week and stop eating like a moron, you’ll end up looking and feeling superior to almost everyone you know.

Marathons are often treated as tests of grit. Vijay’s 2:47:17 in Cape Town, at age 50, suggests something more exacting: pacing discipline, carbohydrate strategy and specific preparation. @veira_veira finished 19th in the 50–54 age group at the World Age Group Marathon Championship. A case study in how amateur performance keeps getting more sophisticated. His race report: geeksonfeet.com/race-reports…

Naval Ravikant: "You're going to die. It's all going to zero. What's there to stress about?" "Stress is when your mind has two conflicting desires at once. You want to be liked, but you want to do something selfish. You don't want to go to work, but you want to make money. You have two conflicting desires, and that's stress." Naval explains the difference between stress and anxiety: "Anxiety is this pervasive, unidentifiable stress where you're stressed out all the time and you're not even sure why. The reason is you have so many unresolved problems that have piled up in your life, you can no longer identify what the problems are. There's this mountain of garbage in your mind. A little bit is poking out the top like an iceberg; that's anxiety. But underneath, there's a lot of unresolved things." He shares his personal anxiety resolver: "One big anxiety resolver for me is just ruminating on death. You're going to die. It's all going to zero. You cannot take anything with you. If you can keep that idea in front of you at all times, what's there to stress about?" Naval reframes what "wasted time" really means: "What is wasted time? Everything is wasted time in a sense because nothing matters in the ultimate. But in each moment, it's the only thing that matters. So if you're doing something you want to do and you're fully there for it it's not wasted time. If your mind is running away, wishing you were somewhere else, anticipating the future, regretting the past, that's wasted time. That's time you're not present for." He concludes: "People get worried about dying and no longer being here. But they don't realize that so much of their life is spent not being here in any case."

It's the istri wala mistake, he didn't raise VC money to afford cash burn and hand over promotional offers in an uncertain time where LPG prices are all time high.
Rs. 10 per piece and dresses/sarees even higher. Its so much better to book UC/Pronto/Snabbit and get it done at home in an hour I always end up tipping them too. Have y’all not replaced your isriwalas w this???

When we started investing in sports, our approach was to just back founders who walk the talk and are in it for the right reasons. Deepak of Yoska was a triathlete. Vikas of Fitpage was a marathoner. And Adnan transformed his own life through sports before building Spectacom. Most believed sports companies in India would never make money. Got a message yesterday that all three companies are profitable, growing revenues and all of them combined would contribute more than half of India’s participatory sports ecosystem through Ironman, Hyrox, Devil Circuit, Yodha Race, and many running and endurance events.

Inheritance is less about money and more about psychology. I’ve seen people inherit wealth and completely stop working in their 30s. I’ve also seen people inherit far more and still choose to build businesses from scratch, live frugally and stay obsessed with growth. Same financial freedom. Very different mindset. Wealth changes your relationship with ambition, purpose, risk and time.
