As someone who has firsthand witnessed the way zionist indoctrination is used to radicalize Jews against Palestine, I wanted to make a 🧵 of things that helped me unlearn what I had been taught to hopefully help people deprogram themselves or their loved ones

absolutely the best, @amylittlefield!
I believe @amylittlefield is one of the best journalists reporting on abortion. She always looks at our movement's complicated questions and examines who gets left behind as we move forward. Read her newest piece on the state strategy for @thenation! thenation.com/article/activi…

Replying to @GrimKim
Ron DeSantis takes the stage, notes the protests outside, calls “mama bears” “the most powerful political force in this country.” Polite giggles when DeSantis talks about what he will do as next president. Not even his fans seem to think that’s happening.

Opinion | I am a child of a prominent family who didn’t do that well in high-school. Here’s why Princeton was right to admit me.

While we're talking affirmative action, 43% of white students admitted to Harvard in 2019 were legacies, athletes or related to staff/donors.

As a reminder, the side in this fight that has a history of murdering medical providers in their homes and churches and that tried to blow up the Atlanta Olympics is the anti-abortion side. These people’s friends stalk us, harass us, and violently attack the clinics where we work
The Supreme Court has more than doubled its security detail since overturning Roe v. Wade, budget documents reveal. 400 U.S. Marshals now protect the Justices and their families including with 24/7 monitoring of social media for "concerning communications" theintercept.com/2023/06/27/…

I think about billionaires a lot (kinda my job?) so let me say this: Most every billionaire on the planet would happily kill you for an extra few points on their investment. This isn't theoretical, it literally happens. They literally make decisions they know will kill people.

Proud of the work my sibling @Shield75 is doing to improve indoor air quality and teach the next generation!

I was privileged to work w/5th graders from Samara Community School in the Bronx, the public school my daughter attends, as part of their culminating activist project about lung health. They invited me to teach the students how to build #corsirosenthalbox es to clean indoor air.

The pendulum has swung too far. Penalizing falls in the hospital has resulted in patients who aren’t allowed to get out of bed. They get weaker, depressed, constipated, pressure ulcers and ultimately need SNF placement. Ambulation should be viewed as a key to healing.

my toddler lets us know when he has to poop by helpfully telling us "no caca, no caca" and anyway it's like this tweet
My "Not involved in human trafficking" T-shirt has people asking a lot of questions already answered by my shirt.

When you allow abortion only for almost-dead people, the inevitable result is that some of those almost-dead people are going to die. Life exceptions are a marketing tool for abortion bans; they mean very little in practice. thenation.com/article/societ…
The Oklahoma Supreme Court overturned part of the state’s near-total abortion ban, ruling in a 5-to-4 decision that the procedure would be lawful if there is a reasonable chance that a pregnancy could threaten a pregnant person’s life. wapo.st/42y8p20
