Good introduction to Rust in Linux by some of the developers that are doing the work:

(disclosure, I helped a tiny bit with the C examples...)
"Slowly but surely the Rust language is making its way into Linux. I talked with Linus Torvalds and Greg Kroah-Hartman about where they see Rust and Linux working together."

Though I am not the happiest with the UI changes for my workflow, I will undoubtedly give the new @gnome 40 desktop a fair chance. I failed to do that with GNOME 3 and realized that I actually liked it many years later. If it doesn't click, I'm glad there are others out there!
User research played a big part in GNOME 40 designs. It has helped guide specific choices that improved the overall design and will make it a better experience for users.

The folks @Canonical have released the next version of Ubuntu 20.10 known as #GroovyGorilla. Congrats @ubuntu developers and thank you for all the hard work put into this release!
Just received this in the mail from @Canonical via #KubeCon. I passed this up over a decade ago ($50 was a lot of money back then 😉) and regretted it ever since. Really awesome that I was able to get one just before @ubuntu 20.10 Groovy Gorilla. Thanks #Canonical! 😃🤘
I've recently been discussing my thoughts on @btrfs as the default file system in @fedora 33 and my general excitement for it. @Linux4Everyone member, @Schykle, just put out an awesome video explaining the importance of a move like this. Check it out!
