A dev got so frustrated watching his AI agent write 500 lines for a 5-line problem that he built a fix.
He called it Ponytail. Named after the guy every team has - long ponytail, oval glasses, been there longer than the version control. You show him fifty lines; he looks at them, says nothing, and replaces them with one.
Now your agent does the same. Before writing anything, it looks for a reason not to.
80-94% less code. 47-77% cheaper. 3-6x faster.
The best code is the code you never wrote.

Fable 5 把近 190 個 nodes 的 n8n workflow 用 typescript 重寫同時加上說明文件，1 shot 直接完成，執行時間 5 小時。加上 Deploy 用 Opus 4.6，花費 160.40 USD。
睡一覺起來重構就完成了，實是太嚇人了。

剛剛正式把 #台灣火車通勤助手 服務切換到 TypeScript 版了，零停機完成轉移。
切換前做了 A/B 對比測試。新版平均快 40%。舊版測試中還噴了一次 502，新版零錯誤。
Fable 5 完成重構，Codex 完成測試，Claude Code 擬定回滾計畫、完成部署和切換。三個 AI 各司其職，一天內從重構程式碼到正式上線。
最意外的是：
1. 寫出來的東西直接就能上線，一路測到底全部過關，反應速度還更快。
2. Fable 5 被禁止出口，希望週一可以重新上線。

接上次WWDC2026的照片重构 Spatial Reframing
已经把它移植到了 iPhone 上，模型在手机上运行
做成了一个原生 iOS App：OpenReshoot
即使不是 iOS 27，也可以体验到“拍完照片后重新移动相机”的效果
普通照片选进来后，可以直接在手机上拖动视角，满意后再生成当前角度的最终照片

用一個比較沒那樣常見的觸發詞，比較不會意外觸 skill。
不過在大家都在寫 、裝其他人開發的 skill 的時候，命名越來越困難，需要有更好的治理方式。

We've changed the trigger word from "workflow" to "ultracode".
You can still say "use a workflow for this", but when you're clearly referring to something else, Claude won't kick off a dynamic workflow. For an explicit trigger, use "ultracode". We appreciate the feedback!

每個特定的日期，在不同國家會曾經發生重要的歴史事件，這個事件對這個國家未來的走向很重要，所以，後面的日子裡這個國家的人民應該要紀念它。
對我來說，2021年的6月4日，日本在台灣孤立無援的情況下，贈送台灣124萬劑AZ疫苗，這讓當時飽受中國全球圍堵的台灣政府，不用接受中國的國藥與科興疫苗，讓一線的醫護人員得到真正的健康保障。
事後看，這筆外援真的很重要，如果沒有日本援助的疫苗，萬一當時政府挺不住在野黨無底線的壓力，接受了中國疫苗的進口，現在不知道要走掉多少人。如各位所知，開發中國武漢肺炎疫苗的團隊，有被抓的，甚至有人判死刑。
因此每到六四，在台灣的每個人，都該回憶當年的驚險，感謝日本的出手救援，沒有日本當年的幫忙，我們不可能那麼順利走出由中國傳來的武漢肺炎疫情。
是啦，六四在鄰國可能還有別的含義，我也知道，但是，那不關我的事。他們中國國內的人都不關心，知道的人也不繼續反抗，這樣的日子，鄰國人民還需要幫忙記住嗎？別鬧了。

就和 llm.txt 一样，任何 interface 都需要考虑人以及 Agent。
If you're building a CLI of any kind, add a section for agents to the help, also add a command for agents to load skill contents related to the usage of the CLI.
agent-browser is a great example and I think more tools should follow the same template.

when a jet flies over his house you hear it outside and at the exact same moment a plane glides across his ceiling labeled with the airline, aircraft type, and destination
pure black background so the projector's rectangle disappears and only the aircraft are visible
but he didn't stop at planes
it also draws the real sky behind them. sun, moon, bright stars, constellations, and live satellites including the ISS. all at their true positions for his exact location and time in real time
so he's lying in bed watching the actual night sky projected onto his ceiling with real planes crossing through it as they take off from SFO
there is a huge market for every man alive that runs outside to see the helicopter
vibe coded the whole thing himself with a cheap radio, a projector, and some clever software
