Our flight from Wellington was delayed slightly. Original time for transfer was 1 hr 40 mins. Reduced to around 80 mins. How we made it, Iโll never know. If AirNZ Wellington crew had not let us off first we wouldnโt have. We were the last people to board.

The issue is systemic. Either AirNZ needs to extend the time between connecting flights (because we booked all on one ticket) or avsec needs to move people through faster, therefore need more people. I wonโt hold my breath for a solution anytime soon.

Exactly the same on 16 Feb heading to Melbourne. This time they canโt blame Swifties. We waited in security for 70 mins and then ran to our gate as they were doing final call. There were no calls for our flight while waiting and avsec wouldnโt let us skip. nzherald.co.nz/nz/travellersโฆ

Book 23 for advent calendar: Fingersmith by Sarah Waters. I had to Google this one cause the blurb did not say much. Wiki says itโs a historical crime novel, while a Goodreads review labels it as lesbian Dickens. ๐ค

Book 24 for advent calendar: The White Tiger by Aravind Adiga. A great one to finish on. Man booker prize winner in 2008. About a driver for the rich and Indiaโs class system.

Omg, everything is so ridiculously cute and I love it. The pink scarf, brilliant. The kitty plate can go on my plate wall! A Christmas pinny (??) that immediately reminded me of my Gran โฅ๏ธ. And the little decorations are on my tree already. #SecretSantaNZ2022

I donโt know if anyone else is finding this with the new @duolingo but I have never learnt these words, yet somehow I meant to be trying to get legendary on the level???
Really struggling with the new version. I feel the only reason Iโm still using it is cause I prepaid a year.
