Big claim from @livecotours These two places are only 50 yards from the house I grew up in, in Kirkdale. The place where the foundations of both @LFC & @Everton were laid and also the foundation for The Beatles.

An interesting piece of #Liverpool @LFC @EvertonHeritage @LFChistory I'd not seen until after match Sunday. Young @RoyalAirForce pilot sadly lost in 1937 collision with Everton Valley CofE steeple in #Hawker Audax. Church demolished early 60's.Building pivotal early in club split

Today would have been George Harrison’s 81st Birthday! February 25th is the official birthday of George Harrison, but George told Billboard magazine in Dec 92’ that his birthday is actually Feb 24.

George was born shortly before midnight, but his birth certificate states he was born after midnight, on the February 25. During the Second World War, in 1941 Britain adopted British Double Summer Time, which saw clocks being put forward two hours ahead of GMT.

Finally, the last day of January! What a month it has been, Jurgen Klopp announced he is leaving at the end of this season, our city has been dubbed the 7th best city in the world to visit Oh, and we’ve had lots going on at Liverpool Eco Tours too!
