I can finally reflect on my crazy 3 weeks in Paris. I was initially brought on as the assistant producer for SI, but I got to direct a couple of the A streams in the group stage, and fully produce the B stream in playoffs!

I remember when I first started, I would nearly always be the only AFAB in the room. But now 8 years on, itβs been wonderful to see that so many women and non binary people have filtered into the scene! π₯°
