Today, over 15,000 College Faculty @CAATfaculty begin their strike vote. The Colleges need to honour their core mandate & invest in quality education. With a system-wide surplus in the billions, there’s money to do it. From October 15-17, vote YES to demand it. #OntEd#OnLab
The CEC states their proposals "provide breakthrough improvements" that address members' key demands.
Hogwash.

We don't bargain concessions because our rights are not ours to give away. They were bargained by members before us & they belong to members who will come after us.
Our job is to bargain members’ demands and secure improved wages, & working conditions.
