After the dismissal by SC, the news followed was of the Hyderabad court returning the complainant’s petition claiming that it has no jurisdiction. Remember no FIR, ‘accused’ at number 4 in a petition , HC has now returned the petition.. yet it was a RO who rejected it on flimsy grounds without even consulting the central EC. Who messed up in filing the form can continue to be debated, who passed on the information to who can be talked about however the bottom line is a neat seat was lost by those very agencies that need to uphold Constitution and Democracy.
