Just had a conversation with our accountant. I swear, I understood maybe 1% of what she said. And that part was "I'm leaving now to go have a massage, so you have until Monday to hunt for those documents."

Louisville is losing homes to short term rentals in the middle of a housing crisis. We introduced legislation to put a moratorium on new short term rentals until we can update the ordinance that regulates them. @Airbnb lied to their local hosts saying our legislation takes their properties, funding, and rights away.
