What an absolutely insane ride. This past 4 years I have grown into a completely different person. I’ve gone through so many insane life experiences. I’ve struggled. I’ve really really struggled. But I made it through. And I know I made it through because of the people on my team and the community that Epic Games have given us with Fortnite. I hope that with my story out there you will be inspired to believe in yourself and to make mistakes and learn. I hope it inspires you to be proud of yourself and love yourself, and give other people the opportunity to love you. Step out of your comfort zone and show the world who you are. I’ve got so much more to share but for those reaching out, I appreciate the support and kindness! Alliance is just beginning and I’m so so so proud of how far we’ve already come! Watch our video now live! #createdinfortnite
Creating, learning together, and having fun. That’s what Alliance Studios is all about. Meet @fn_alliance - together they are making Fortnite their own with #UEFN and the Creative Toolset. Check out their story now: youtu.be/FyUO3vsWWqM

This is actually getting OUT OF HAND omg...As much as the extra revenue from all these campaigns being added to the Engagement Pool is probably nice, surely something has to be done here to contain this? @FNCreate I imagine the Sponsored Row was designed with the intention to give more creators the ability to attract players, test their island and potentially create a player base for a variety of maps that never get any spotlight or chance via the organic means... But it's just become a giant tax write off for creators with infinite cash to burn...Amongst all the other BS and growing pains of the Discover algo, the sponsored spot could truly be great if you just do 1 or a few of the following: - Stop maps already receiving over 1k CCU / 100K Impressions via organic Discover from being able to purchase spots - Stop creators at an account level from purchasing spots if they have more than 1 Million Followers on Fortnite as they literally already have instant access to 1 Million impressions from their following - Once an island reaches 2-3k CCU from Sponsored Row stop the campaign and put it in another relevant row to allow it to maintain that audience. This would allow a chance for more maps to get a decent spot in this row - Have max 2 of each genre of maps showing at a single time e.g. 2 combat maps, 2 practice maps, 2 variety maps, 2 parkour maps, so players aren't just seeing 12 1v1v1s/red vs blues in there The avg winning bid was always likely to increase over time but this has just been way too aggressively changing. A 0.29 in the last 7 days is INSANITY lol. Please fixxxxx so regular creators aren't priced out anymore! @TimSweeneyEpic #FortniteCreative #UEFN

1 year ago today I hit publish on the first episode of The Creative Juice Podcast. I was nervous as hell. Just a mic and a love for this Creative community. 12 months later: 🎥 YouTube/ Shorts: 675,000 🎵 TikTok: 300,000 📸 Instagram: 400,000 🐦 X: 420,000 💼 LinkedIn: 155,000 🎧 Podcast Downloads: 2,000 📊 Total: 2,000,000 impressions The numbers are cool but they're just numbers. What actually matters is every guest who trusted me with their story and dropped real knowledge. Every listener who tuned in. Every person who liked, commented, shared, or sent a DM saying they got something out of it. Without all of you this is just me talking to myself in a room. Year 2 is going to be even crazier. Incredible guests already lined up and a lot more I can't share yet. Thank you. Seriously. Don't hate, create. 🧃

Thinking of everyone at Epic who was impacted today. Layoffs are never easy. Behind every role is a person, a teammate, a friend, and someone who helped build experiences that have reached millions of players around the world. That impact does not disappear overnight. To those who lost their roles, and to those who are still there feeling the weight of losing teammates in your day to day, I am truly wishing you strength as you navigate what comes next. Just some of my two cents. This industry is incredibly tough. As developers, we are constantly trying to keep up with rapidly changing player behavior, shorter attention cycles, and an environment where success is never guaranteed. As business owners, the reality is just as challenging. Balancing rising costs, unpredictable returns, and the pressure to sustain teams in a space that is evolving faster than ever. Two things can be true at once. This hurts deeply. And building in this industry has never been more complex. Moments like this are a reminder of how fragile and competitive this industry is, but also how important the people behind it are. To those impacted, I truly believe your talent will find its next place. This industry moves fast, but great people always find their way forward. Sending all my support 💜

"Given 8 hours to chop down a tree, I'd spend 6 sharpening my axe" The time invested in creating tooling to automate tasks will absolutely pay dividends later on. Love that this is now possible in uefn
UEFN python really has me back to programming basics Spending an hour Automating a task that would have taken me 15 minutes Still feels great

I think this is my favorite survey question @Fortnite has ever asked. I need to see these results 😂

The amount of content we got for Star Wars is incredible. Weapons, Vehicles, Props, NPCs etc. I'm genuinely blown away, and excited to see what people create. Side note: Release date should've been May 4th...Missed Opportunity haha

[9/9] I want this ecosystem to succeed more than anyone. But if an average scope project costs $11k to $15k in survival wage labor and returns $280, the math simply does not work. Studios cannot survive on that. We aren't surviving. Only the top 2% of UEFN devs are. There is a huge imbalance, and I'm not sure what the right answer is. But I do know, something has to change.

Correction Fortnite.gg Estimates a high return of $280, Creator profile has it as $156 in payout for it.
