DCP was thrilled to join BP-elect @Vanessalgibson & @NYCHousing in celebrating 750 new affordable homes coming to River Avenue near Yankee Stadium. These homes show how collaborative community planning, in this case the Jerome Avenue Neighborhood plan, brings BIG public benefits.

Our NCO's & Community Affairs Officers joined forced with RA President Mr. Burgess & @MadddEquities to give out turkeys and Thanksgiving boxes to the much needed residents of @NYCHA. Now the residents of #Ingersoll houses have all the essentials to enjoy a #Thanksgiving dinner.

We were so excited to celebrate breaking ground yesterday for our new, affordable and supportive housing development in the Bronx, which will provide 245 new homes to New Yorkers in need.

Breaking (very wet, muddy) ground on 1159 River Ave!
245 homes w/148 reserved for people experiencing homelessness. Supportive services on-site to help them live healthy & happy lives. Financed in part thru our #supportivehousing program.
