New report from @US_OSC confirms protected disclosures made by @Empowr_us whistleblower that the @usedgov violated court orders by unlawfully pushing gender identity over biological sex in Title IX cases.
The whistleblower first brought disclosures to the OSC more than 2 years ago as the department defied the courts and continued to target schools for lawful policies.
