“But what will it look like on darker skin?”- A question I’ve often asked myself during my time at medical school This constant cerebration led me to curate a handbook that presents clinical features on darker skin. I hope this resource shifts the culture of medical education.

It’s quietly normal in private wealth circles for African founders and high-net-worth families to travel abroad for healthcare. London. Dubai. Germany. Switzerland. Singapore. That’s why I’m excited for services like zendehealth.com on the continent

African Leaders are flying over 8,000 miles for care they should be able to get closer to home. No need to book luxury accommodation and business class seats to Dubai.

Put the word out, I’m officially Dr. Malone Mukwende 7 years of medical school comes to an end. In that time I managed to write a book about skin conditions on darker skin that was read over 500,000 in >170 countries. That was the warm up, time to go bigger and better 🏁🏁

Healthcare professionals used to be the gatekeepers of health info but with the rise in AI and wearables the individual will have more control over their health. This will be the fastest way to AI adoption in health because it’ll come from patients
A great example of what's possible when someone connects their passion with their purpose to make a real difference. DxGPT, a rare disease diagnostic tool, is now live, showing how AI can be applied to help truly improve lives.

This is glaringly obvious but I’m sure it’ll be decades before the NHS adopts. Would literally save a good 5-10 min per patient
No one becomes a clinician to do paperwork, but it's becoming a bigger and bigger administrative burden, taking time and attention away from actually treating and supporting patients. That’s why we’re introducing Microsoft Dragon Copilot, the industry’s first AI assistant for clinical workflow.

My unpopular opinion is the random allocation process is crazy but it’s a way better system than the previous “merit” based system that everyone gamified

They want a bunch of people on £30-50k to create world-leading technology LMAO
Britain will never be an “AI superpower” pls… arguing over an east-west line spanning London for 80 years before finally completing it in 2023 Britain? High speed rail projects that can’t complete Britain? Arguing about tarmac at Heathrow for decades Britain?

We’ve completed deflected from the original point and made everything about DEI so political that it distracts from the actual task.
24 Jan 2025
Britain has more DEI employees per head than anywhere else in the world, the highest tax burden since 1948 and record migration. We need a Trump revolution. After all, who doesn’t want to see Great Britain made great again? @Con_Tomlinson 👇 courage.media/2025/01/24/tru…
