I raised a service request on 2nd may 2025 to postpone a travel insurance and it is yet to be resolved. All I get to hear is that we are waiting for approvals.

Everyone is aware that @PicturesPVR the major chunk of your revenues come from selling food and beverages. The consumer can't even complain about the exorbitant pricing but atleast you got to make sure that you maintain certain quality when serving food & beverages.

I have tried to reach out on your customer care numbers atleast 15 times but after going through the entire menu the call gets disconnected.
There is not a single option to talk to an executive.
Frustrating.
