We now have multiple #stroke RCTs (ACT🇨🇦, TRACE-2 🇨🇳, ATTEST-2 🇬🇧, TIMELESS🇺🇸) showing the rate of symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage with tPA or TNK is ~3%
Time to move away from the previously quote ~6% from the old RCTs. A likely result of better patient selection and CTA ( /- CTP) imaging

Just published our paper on 30-Day Readmission post stroke undergoing MT 703 patients
Causes for readmission:
1- Cerebrovascular events 53.4%
2- Cardiac events 8.6%
3- Infection 6.9%
Predictors of readmission:
Smoking, distal embolization, intracranial stenting, decompression

Multicentre, retrospective CERA study from India presented by @drgauravgoel27 - immediate occlusion rates were "not very good" with Contour but did improve over time. Adequate occlusion = 72.1% across 18 patients with FU data
