ORSL for 2 decades was ORS for our people, and @Kenvue wants to still continue with the same memory and the same unethical business plan jeopardizing the health and lives of crores of Indian children and adults! A new fridge is being given to the pharmacies which mentions that eRZL is the new form of ORSL. This is gross violation of FSSAI order. This is gross violation of Delhi High Court order. Every year, more than one lakh children die due to diarrhoea, in India. ORS(WHO RECOMMENDED FORMULA) is a life saver. It's very disheartening and angering to see 1. @fssaiindia giving permission to eRZL (looking exactly same as the high sugar ORSL), inspite of the harm caused to children for 2 decades, and inspite of us literally begging to not do it. 2. @Kenvue, your Indian subsidiary seems to be the most unethical company here. చాలా సంతోషంగా, గర్వంగా అనిపించిన ఒక చిన్న సంఘటన... ఈరోజు ఉదయం కడప నుండి కాజీపేటకు బస్సులో ప్రయాణిస్తున్న సమయంలో ఒక విద్యార్థిని కూడా అదే బస్సులో ప్రయాణిస్తోంది. నేను టికెట్ తీసుకున్న తర్వాత కండక్టర్ గారు ఆమెను ఆధార్ కార్డు చూపించమని అడిగారు. అయితే ఆమె వద్ద ఆధార్ కార్డు ఉన్నప్పటికీ, "వద్దు, నాకు టికెట్ ఇవ్వండి" అంటూ తన సొంత డబ్బులతో టికెట్ తీసుకుని ప్రయాణం చేసింది. ఆసక్తిగా గమనించిన నేను, "అమ్మా, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం మహిళలకు ఉచిత బస్సు ప్రయాణం కల్పించింది కదా, మరి టికెట్ ఎందుకు తీసుకున్నావు?" అని అడిగాను. దానికి ఆమె చెప్పిన సమాధానం నన్ను ఎంతో ఆలోచింపజేసింది... I can imagine how sick this guy is... Imagine hating people so much that you want to shut down a hospital that treats cancer patients. Basavatarakam Hospital is not a political office, party headquarters, or election campaign center. It is a healthcare institution that has treated lakhs of patients, including countless people from Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other states, regardless of language, caste, region, or political affiliation. If a hospital's contribution is judged not by the lives it saves but by the birthplace of its founders, then we have abandoned basic human values and embraced pure regional hatred. By that logic: Should hospitals founded by people from other states be shut down? Should businesses employing thousands be expelled based on the origin of their founders? Should patients be asked where they come from before receiving treatment? Telangana was created to ensure self-governance and dignity, not to promote hostility toward institutions serving the public. Criticize political parties. Criticize leaders. Criticize policies. That's democracy. But celebrating the closure of a cancer hospital because it was established by "Andhrollu" is not political awareness. It is prejudice masquerading as politics.
