The front page of tomorrow's @dailytarheel – I shed many tears while typing up these heart-wrenching text messages sent and received by UNC students yesterday. Our campus was on lockdown for more than three hours. Beyond proud of this cover and the team behind it.

Your company has a poor documentation culture. Things are slow because people don’t know how things works. Managers start micromanaging because work is slow. Leadership issues mandates. No one likes mandates, but that isn’t the problem. It was poor communication the whole time.

We got a new carafe for keeping coffee warm. The kid is 16 now and will drink the coffee instead of calling it a giraffe. At some point many years ago, she said ambuloops for the last time while wearing flip flips. #parenting

Favorite thing about watching @CarliLloyd ‘s last game. That sweet sweet South Jersey accent. I’ve lived in Michigan for 12 years, and every day I catch one more letter “a” in my nose.

I spent 13 hours over the last 2 days with @kelseyhightower and as expected, my brain doubled in size. I was not expecting my empathy to also expand. He brings total presence to the moment and teaches compassion through technology. Thanks for hosting him @ICPSR

@getquip I love your product, but hate your deceptive business practices. I didn't put the toothpaste in my cart and I can't get brush refills without it. Can you recommend any competitors with equally good products, but who don't jump through hoops to harm loyal customers?

@getquip one more thing... I can't delete items from my cart to make a purchase. You make it easy to have great oral hygiene, but make it difficult to be a customer. There is a special place in heck for companies that are equal parts amazing and evil.
