Today is the final day of the website as we bring down the curtains and turn the lights off for the last time after 25 years.
Thank you to everyone who has supported, visited or posted at any stage over that time. We had a lot of fun doing it and we hope you had a lot of fun too.
It's been a great journey and we have been a part of the Swansea community longer than anyone else. 25 years is a good shift we like to think.
Pop along today and maybe make one last post if you feel it is right to do so, even if just for old times sake.

End of Season Verdict
11th, 9 pts off playoffs, a credible finish given where we were Nov. Feels like a wasted season tho, specially as we had a 25 goal striker.
Promise for next season tho with Matos and with top 8 making playoffs…we have to aim to be in there

Welsh Football History A-Z based off things in my books.
S - Swansea United
Swansea United were formed on 19 August 1908 when East Side changed their name. They applied to join the South Wales League where they finished eighth and bottom.
They then joined the Swansea & District League for three seasons. They also played in the @FAWales Welsh Cup once and the @SouthWalesFA Senior Cup.
They played at St Thomas Athletic Ground and their colours were given as amber and black.
Although @SwansOfficial are credited as being the first professional club in Swansea, Swansea United had professional players in 1908 and 1909.
The club disappeared in 1912, around the same time Swansea Town (now City) were formed.
