Is this where you are when you’re never wrestling? Why do guys like Darby Allin and Kenny Omega wrestle every single week, and yet, they don’t ask us to “acknowledge them”? Could it be that the work begets the acknowledgement? Enjoy the field trip, you actual dork.

I would sit this one out, Greg. Oh wait…
What a loser Hochul is. During the Championship Playoffs it was announced that Texas ranks #1 for Fortune 500 HQs. A title once held by NY. Unlike the Knicks title, Texas’s lead over New York in business and new jobs will continue… forever.

Not a basketball fan, can’t claim the Knicks as my team other than being a life long rangers fan and growing up outside of NYC and it being my place of employment. This is the first thing that has brought tears to my eyes. What a hell of a run and what a great moment for NYC.

This video does such a good job capturing what’s made this championship feel so special. If Spurs had won, the Nike spot would have been something about Wemby arriving (or maybe new era w/ all the young players. This didn’t even have any players in it. It’s about the city and the people who call it home. I don’t even like the Knicks (although my wife is a massive fan and watched every game this season). I’m a Sixers fan. But I love New York and this whole run has been about the city. x.com/nikebasketball/status/…

i love that they picked the billy joel track. while everyone’s reaching for sinatra or empire state of mind, this stands out so beautifully and makes the city feel less like a postcard and more like a place. thank the lord, good commercials are so back.
Sleep well, NY.
