@VirginMoney@Virgin been unable to access your credit card app for days now, multiple reinstallation attempts and still not working. Spent 30 minutes on hold to speak to someone to be told it’s a known issue with a new iPhone update??
Hi, still not working, neither on iPad or another phone on iOS 16.5.1
That says there might be a problem with my account if every device I try hangs. I can’t test with another account / credit card
@VirginMoney has to be the worst app ever. Not working for over a week, two phone calls, no resolution. The reviews are awful - bring back online access if you can’t sort it out #shoddy
@VirginMoney Your credit card app hasn’t worked for me since the update last week. Is there a timeline for it to be fixed or a way to get into my account?
@VirginMoney still having issues logging on since the most recent update to the iPhone app. Even after another delete and reinstall ensuring everything up to date. Still hanging on the loading screen
@VirginMoney i have just updated the app and it no longer displays properly on iphone, it now shows the initials of the transaction but not the amount until its clicked on, pointless in my opinion
