Hey @delta, I'm writing you from Michigan State Univ. We are helping a student who needed to get home to Georgia after the shooting and now needs to get back to campus. I can't get through to customer service. Can you please DM me? It's urgent.
We got her on the plane and she texted me last night to say "I'm so happy to be back home at MSU." Last week, when she talked about "home," she meant Georgia. Yesterday, when she talked about "home," she meant East Lansing.
“Be vulnerable. They (students) matter more than the content. Give students agency. Don’t be afraid to break the rules if it means putting students first.”

The @nytopinion won’t accept my comment, so I’ll make it here. I’ve been a university professor for more than 30 years, all in state universities. The problem with college tuition costs isn’t sports complexes, administrator creep, or salary growth. 1/4 tinyurl.com/2p95u49e
