never buy insurance through #ticketplan its taken a good few weeks of me sending all my medical notes over/ proof of illness for them to raise a refund. They have only refunded the ticket price and not Refund Promise fee and any transaction or delivery charges are non-refundable

We've been stung by this #TicketPlan. Can't go to an event at @KewGardens because of the rail strikes, and even though we bought their additional Refund Promise protection, they're refusing to refund us. With money tight for everyone, it's an especially sleazy move. A scandal.
