"The future may be AI-powered, but trust is still built person by person." ^^ A line in a brilliant email that landed in my inbox today from @markwschaefer . It sums up so much that's important right now. Yes AI can churn out content by the bucketload. Yes you can schedule it to go out - every minute of every day if you want to ... But when business is built on relationships, how is that going to help? No AI tool has access to your lived experience No AI tool can deliver your brand of empathy No AI tool can build relationships. So, to grow, we need to go all in on doing the things that AI can't - - sharing our unique stories - making a quick video on our phone and sharing it - responding to posts with a meaningful comment - sending a one off personal message They take time. They're not automatable. And that's the point!

I share the worry of AI. As a teacher of high schoolers it also worries me how much kids use AI instead of their beautiful brains. They are capable of great things but prefer to join the modern world. #snhusmm
