The ability to perform reps of chin-ups and pull-ups is a good indicator of some decent upper body strength and not too high body fat percentage 🙌
For men I usually like to get to the point where these are loaded for reps 💪
For female golfers, who often find adding mass strength tougher through the upper body, a few reps bodyweight is a great starting point 👌
